Methods of Payment and Terms of Booking
We are able to accept Cash, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept cheques.
A deposit will be required at the time of booking, in order to confirm your reservation. All deposits must be paid with either a debit or credit card.. The remaining balance will be due to be paid on the morning of departure.
Should you have to cancel your entire booking more than 48 hours prior to arrival, then every effort will be made to re-sell. Should we manage to re-sell under the same terms and conditions as of the original booking, then your deposit will be refunded back to you, less an administration charge of £25. This charge is to cover bank charges, commission and transfer costs that will already have been paid and that we ourselves are unable to recover or insure ourselves against. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to arrival or fail to arrive, then the full remaining balance will be automatically processed from the card details that were given for the deposit payment.
Should you have to curtail your stay, then the following apply :-
Should you cancel one night of a two night stay, and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled night, then 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you cancel one night of a three night stay, and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled night, then 33% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you cancel one night of a four night stay, and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled night, the 25% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you cancel two nights of a three night stay, and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled nights, then 66% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you cancel two nights of a four night stay, and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled nights, then 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you cancel three nights of a four night stay and we are unable to re-sell the cancelled nights then 75% of your deposit will be forfeited.
All deposits are non-transferable to other dates.
Any arrangements made for chocolates or flowers will also be charged for in full to the credit/debit card that the deposit was paid on.
Please note that we are not a VAT registered business.
As things can and do go wrong, we strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance through a Registered Insurance Broker.
